"Rather than chasing trends or perfection, we want you to buy jewelry that actually feels like you and the people you love".
Made to Mean Something
We believe the jewelry you wear should mean something. Carrying little reminders of the special people, memories, and moments you want with you always: the initials engraved after your first anniversary, the paw print of the dog waiting for you at home, the birth flower you and your childhood friend have always shared. We create jewelry that lasts: waterproof, tarnish-resistant, or welded on so your story doesn't wear off.
Rather than chasing trends or perfection, we want you to buy jewelry that actually feels like you and the people you love.
“You have conversations with people who are celebrating a friend or have lost a loved one, who share intimate stories about their life. Just being able to share that with them, to me, is very special” – Kristel Mansilla, Co-Owner
Made Personal
Our team has been engraving jewelry for over a decade, creating pieces that tell stories for both everyday and milestone moments. You trust us with those stories, which is why we engrave, weld, locket and charm everything in-house.
We are very aware of how important it is for your piece to represent you properly so our team works side-by-side with you to make sure it tells your story properly: designed by you, and made as intended with us. Whether it be your grandmother’s handwriting taken from an old letter, a shaky little heart drawn by your toddler, or a friend’s inside joke that keeps you laughing.
Our designers hand-draw engraving artwork and have started designing many of our jewelry pieces in-house, so that what we offer keeps fitting the stories our customers want to tell.
Alongside engraving, our stores offer experiences like permanent jewelry and our charm bar, giving you even more ways to create something that feels uniquely yours.
Our Story
"Back in 1988, my parents Francisco and Johanna immigrated with me at a young age to Ontario, and opened a farmer’s market carpet stall selling handicrafts from around the world. They sold wooden masks, woven dolls, ornate jewelry and a unique collection of other storied gifts you could truly find nowhere else in town. People came for the gifts, but loved hearing the stories behind them. Eventually, my parents opened a small store on King St. in Uptown Waterloo which grew into the jewelry brand we are today.
My sister Kristel and I grew up alongside the business, spent our childhoods coming to work, playing in and unpacking boxes, and watching our parents build something from the ground up which we now lead alongside them. We know how complicated, fun, messy, and unique everyone’s story is and saw the chance to try something different. By introducing engraving and permanent bracelets, we moved past off-the-shelf jewelry towards something that better represents what our parents started, and the brand our customers believe in.
Five stores later, we are still the same family behind the business, and continue believing deeply that every story matters and deserves to be cherished. That’s what we love to do".
