Store Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused team member to take on a leadership role within our retail team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team in a retail environment and will be confident supporting day-to-day store operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining a positive and professional workplace. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing team leadership with hands-on customer service.

Welder & Sales Associate
We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused team member to join our team in a permanent jewelry and sales-focused role.
This position involves creating personalized jewelry experiences for our customers, including custom-fit welded bracelets and anklets using our permanent jewelry welding equipment, as well as helping customers design custom charm necklaces and bracelets. The ideal candidate will be confident working directly with customers and creating a comfortable, fun, and welcoming environment where they can build jewelry that feels personal to them.
This role also includes the same day-to-day responsibilities as our standard Sales Associate position, including assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining store presentation, and supporting general retail operations.
Preferred skills and responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Creating custom-fit welded bracelets and anklets using our welding machine
- Assisting customers with designing custom charm necklaces and bracelets
- Creating a fun, comfortable, and engaging experience for customers throughout the jewelry customization process
- Being outgoing, communicative, positive, and confident working one-on-one with customers
- Using point-of-sale systems and processing customer transactions
- Handling cash accurately and responsibly
- Maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving quickly and effectively when needed
- Handling customer concerns and conflict professionally
- Learning new programs, tools, and equipment quickly, including engravers, printers, and welding equipment
- Supporting general sales, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations
- Working well independently and as part of a team
